How our Services / Pricing work:

Home

To create as less hassle as possible Reboot comes to you.
No need to unplug or try to do things on the go.
– Though having a list of the issues is extremely helpful.

Repair on the spot

We will try and repair most units on the spot but we try not to be on a site longer than 2 hours meaning its cheaper for clients.
– Base price is based on your location (see below)
– £20 is added every half hour longer.

PACKED up and taken away

If we can’t repair on site or the machines need to run diagnostics, a client might be informed we will take their unit away.
– Machines will be taken to the workshop for repair

Pricing Becomes Fixed

As soon as a machine leaves the property to go to the workshop – the prices are now moved onto fixed / set prices.
This is so if a computer takes days to repair a client will not be paying extortionate prices.

Setup and warranty

Once complete, a machine will be returned home and set back up to client specifications.
Clients are given a months warranty from the date when the machine is returned.
Warranty covers:
– Tinker Time – where slight adjustments are needed to fit a client
– Full service repairs if the unit unfortunately fails.
